Breath Circle ("we", "our", or "the app") is a breathing exercise application developed by CHIU CHIN CHIH. Your privacy is important to us. This policy explains what data we collect, how we use it, and your rights.
Breath Circle does not collect any personal data. The only data involved is purchase transaction records, which are handled entirely by Apple App Store or Google Play. We do not receive, access, or store any payment or personal information from those transactions.
All app data (exercise history, settings) exists solely on your device and is never transmitted anywhere.
In-app purchases are handled by Apple (App Store) or Google (Google Play). Their respective privacy policies apply to those transactions:
All data is stored locally on your device. You can delete all session history at any time from within the app (History → Clear History). Uninstalling the app removes all locally stored data.
Breath Circle does not knowingly collect any data from children under the age of 13. The app contains no user-generated content or social features.
We may update this privacy policy from time to time. Changes will be reflected by the "Last updated" date above. Continued use of the app after any changes constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.
