Breath Circle is a breathing exercise app intended for general wellness purposes only. It is not a medical device and is not intended to diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any medical condition. Consult a healthcare professional before using breathing exercises if you have any health concerns.
The app offers optional one-time donations via Apple App Store or Google Play. All purchases are final and non-refundable, except where required by applicable law. Donations do not unlock additional features — they are voluntary contributions to support ongoing development. All billing is handled by Apple or Google; we do not process or store any payment information.
All content, design, graphics, and code within the app are the property of CHIU CHIN CHIH and are protected by applicable copyright and intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works without prior written permission.
The app is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied, including but not limited to fitness for a particular purpose or non-infringement. We do not guarantee that the app will be error-free or uninterrupted.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, CHIU CHIN CHIH shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the app, even if advised of the possibility of such damages.
We may update these Terms of Use from time to time. Changes will be reflected by the "Last updated" date above. Continued use of the app after any changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
These terms are governed by the laws of Taiwan (R.O.C.), without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
